These terms cover this website only. If you become a client, a separate written Digital Care Subscription Agreement governs the service itself — what I do, what I will never do, what it costs, and how to cancel. You will receive that agreement to read and sign before anything starts, and nothing on this website replaces it.

Everything here describes a service in general terms. It is not security advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation for your particular situation. Do not act on something you read here as though it were advice given to you personally. Call me and ask.
I am not a financial or legal adviser
I am not a licensed financial adviser, investment adviser, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary, and nothing here should be read as suggesting otherwise. I will never access, manage, or move your money, and I will never advise you on what to do with it. If you need that kind of help, I will tell you so and suggest you find someone qualified.
Prices
Prices shown are current at the date above and may change. The price that applies to you is the one written in your signed agreement, and it is fixed for twelve months from the day you start.
No guarantee of safety
This service makes you safer. It cannot make you safe. I cannot promise that you will never be scammed, that no account will ever be broken into, or that I will spot every threat. Nobody can honestly promise that. Anyone who does is selling you something.
Emails and calls claiming to be me
I will never telephone or email you out of the blue saying there is an urgent problem and I need access to your accounts right now. That is what criminals do. If you receive that contact, it is not me. Hang up, and call me back on (475) 392-6237 — the number on this page.
Availability
I may change, suspend, or withdraw this website at any time. I am a one-person business working part-time and I make no promise that the site is always available or always current.

Connecticut law applies, and Connecticut courts have jurisdiction.

If I change these terms, the date at the top changes with them.
